Welcome to Quran Go support. We are dedicated to providing a seamless experience for your Quranic journey. If you encounter any bugs, have questions about your progress, or need technical assistance, our team is here to help.

Direct Support:

Average response time: 24–48 hours.

• Account & Login: Help with Firebase authentication or password resets.
• Quiz Progress: Syncing streaks, badges, and high scores across devices.
• Report Abuse/Content: If you find any errors in Quranic text or inappropriate content, please report it immediately via email.
• Technical Bugs: App crashes, display issues, or audio playback errors.

We value your data sovereignty. In compliance with Apple App Store guidelines, we provide a straightforward way to delete your account:

• In-App: Go to Profile > Delete Account. This will immediately wipe your records from our database.
• Manual Request: Email qurango123@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account."

Note: Deletion is permanent and includes all streaks, badges, and progress.
