We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

To maintain and synchronize your learning progress across multiple devices.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To monitor the performance of the app and fix technical bugs.
To notify you about important updates or changes to the service.

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (a subsidiary of Google LLC) to provide secure authentication and cloud data storage. Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account is active. In compliance with Apple App Store guidelines, you have the right to delete your data at any time:

In-App Deletion: You can delete your account via the "Settings" menu in your profile.
Manual Deletion: You can request data removal by emailing qurango123@gmail.com.

Once an account is deleted, all associated data (scores, streaks, and progress) is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

5. Children’s Privacy

Quran Go is an educational app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
